Once you’ve found your information, verify that all listed personal information and physical/shipping addresses are correct. This ensures that your new card prints with the correct details and arrives at the best location for you.
If your record can’t be found in our system, please contact Kalkomey customer service through our support button.
After verifying your information and making any necessary changes, simply select how many cards you need and fill out your payment info. That’s it! You’ll receive a temporary print-out certification while your new permanent certification card is mailed to your selected address.
Your permanent card will be shipped First Class via USPS within 10 business days. Until then, your temporary print-out card can be used immediately, good for 30 days since the order date.
